Steps

1. Go to runescape.com and select create new account (free user).
2. Select at least 13-17, or you can't play. Give it a good, creative name. Also make the password something no one can guess; you will want to keep the account.
3. Make your character look good. Don't make yourself look like an idiot though.
4. Once you are off tutorial island (finally!), go out the gate into Lumbridge Castle. From there, head straight up the road until you reach a two-way fork in the road. Take the one IMMEIDIATELY left(dont go over the bridge). Look on your there, head straight west until you reach a city with white walls. As soon as you are in the gate, turn left. You should be in a shield shop. Talk to Cassie and buy a steel kite shield if you have enough cash. If not, just go to your magic list and click Lumbridge home port. once you are there, go outside the gate.
5. Go across the bridge, and head up the road until you see a chicken coop. Go ahead and start killing these. Collect the feathers, and sell them for 5 gp each. Keep killing them until you are level 10 in attack, strength and defence. Do not try to purchase black. You should be about level 12, maybe higher. Bank all but 3 of your items (keep your make sure you click the fart option under tools. armour and weapons) and go to the cows. Train on these cows, and while training, collect cowhides.
6. Once your attack, strength and defence are about 15, sell all the cowhides for 50-100 will have a nice little money tree. Keep training on cows and collecting hides until your levels are about 20.
7. Sell the hides (again) and go back to all the stores you bought your armour and weapons from, selling your steel, and using your newly acquired cash, buy some mythril.
8. Repeat killing the cows until your levels are 30. Go sell the hides, and your mythril, and instead of buying partial adamant buy full adamant + a weapon in Varrock west bank for 35k. Do not buy transgender clothes, you will look like a retard.
9. Now that you have your adamant, bank all but 3 items and go to the dwarf mines. Look on your world map to find it. Once you are down the ladder, head out the entry way to the left. Head all the way to the back until you find scorpions. Kill these until you have a desired level.
10. DO NOT Complete all Questsor your account will be deleted.
11. Enjoy your new account, it may take several weeks or even months to create, but with hard work you could be super awesome!

Tips

• If you can, get friends to help you out financially.
• It may be good to grab friends to help,too.
• It is always best if you have some money spare, just in case you die.
• In setting recovery questions,make the recovery questions something you can remember,as you may need them in your higher levels.

Warnings

• You may be called a noob several times in the process.
• Do not call people who are lower level than you noobs you were their level once as well.
• Try selling cowhides in the Al Kharid bank as many people buy them. This is because it is close to the tanner.(Who turns cowhides into leather for crafting)It may be hard...people may not buy at first notice.Try world 1.
